What is Online Coaching and what can I expect from Ignite Fitness by Caitlin?
Online coaching takes places virtually through online communication and check in appointments. As your coach I will create a tailored plan to suit your lifestyle based on your goals and preferences. This can be focused on fitness and nutrition (Full Plan) or nutrition only. The benefits of online coaching is that it offers flexibility as you can access your workouts from anywhere, at any time; you will receive individualised attention and guidance from me who can tailor your plan to meet your specific needs. I will also keep you accountable by tracking your progress and providing regular check-ins along with constructive feedback on your performance, allowing you to improve and develop on your personal fitness journey. Ignite Fitness by Caitlin plans are tailored and provide a clear direction, focussed on efficient nutritional and training guidance to support you in achieving your goals. You will have access to a community of individuals working to achieve their goals and a group chat where everyone shares their weekly wins and supports each other.
I'm a beginner, will this be suitable for me?
Yes, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. Upon registration, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire which will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. Remember that everyone starts off as beginners. Your training plan is completely tailored to you and your ability. Check Ins are utilised to reflect on your week and make changes/amendments if something is not working. Even if you have never stepped foot into a gym or tracked your food I am here to help educate and guide you towards reaching your goals.
How long will it need to see results?
Everybody is different and progresses in different ways, what works for someone may not work for another. It's important to approach weight loss as a long-term commitment and focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes rather than relying on quick fixes or crash diets. I help my clients be accountable and to trust the process and this results in them creating lifestyle habits and long term changes that they can sustain.
Do I need to have a gym membership?
Going to the gym/having access to a range of equipment will be beneficial but it is completely optional. Progress can still be made to help you reach your goals. All plans are bespoke and can be altered along the way. I will ensure your plan is within your ability, cater for any existing injuries and incorporate any home equipment that you may have or decide to purchase once you start. I would recommend having access to some home equipment such as a pair of dumbbells/resistance bands if you plan to do all home workouts. As long as your are committed to pushing yourself and sticking to your training plans you will get results.
What is the cost?
1:1 online coaching plans are tailored to the individual and start from £160 per month.
You can’t put a price on investing in YOU. You can spend money of coffees, takeaways, night out; but may be hesitant in spending money to improve yourself. Investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make and worth every penny. You will get the accountability, support, guidance and education to improve your lifestyle and you should only consider online coaching if you are ready to make an investment in improving yourself and putting yourself first.
